Cubs is for boys and girls ages 8 to 10. Wolf Cubs in Canada is based on Kipling's 'Jungle Book', the story of the boy cub Mogli who was raised by wolves. The main leader is named Akela (the leader of the pack) and the other leaders take on names of the characters in the story.

What comes next?
After Cubs is Scouts. Once a Cub is 11, he will jump up to Scouts and can start to work towards becoming a Pioneer Scout. There are many differences between Cubs and Scouts, you are getting older, but have no worry there are still many things that are the same. Check out about moving from Cubs to Scouts. |
